Relevant Map data follows: Yes, this is probably true, since the path on the articles shows them coming through rutgers!hal9000 and rutgers happens to be in North Jersey. When I grepped my maps for hal9000, only the ncoast connected hal9000 site showed up and I leapt the the obvious conclusion.
