For a while now we have been receiving complaints about the large
number of non-standard headers we have been sending out in our
netnews postings.  This message is being posted using modified code
that we believe should be stripping all such headers and leaving in
desired headers.  I would appreciate it if anyone reading this who
had noticed such garbage headers in the past would let me know if
they are still seeing such headers.

If it looks okay, we will unleash this new code right away.
