Just two updates:

The system manager of ubbs has informed me that it is down with
hardware problems.  It will stay down for a couple of weeks.
Mail to ubbs should be delayed till it comes back up.

rdin, Resource Dynamic's machine in NYC, is off the net, the
apparent victim of a management decision.  Mail to rdin
will be bounced by philabs.
