I regret to announce the imminent demise of wanginst as a Usenet and
CSNET site.  For those of you who do not already know, Wang Institute
has been taken over by Boston University.  One consequence of this is
that external news and mail connections will no longer be maintained.

Effective August 14, we will be unable to accept or route any outside
mail or news.  The VAX 785 will be used for internal purposes only after
this date.  Sites which depend on wanginst for news feeds are advised to
make other arrangements as soon as possible.
