It should be kept in mind that the survey was conducted on the net, so we know that `count and fold' is the technique generally followed by most netters. I would like to see how these figures compare with the figures for other layers of society. I expect that age, country of origin, financial status, and name of brand may cause significant variations. (I can just see the ad on TV: "we asked 100 couples in Wawa Ontario to use `this' brand of toilet paper for a period of three months; after three months, 98 percent said YES!!!, they would switch to the `count and fold' technique").
