	Some time ago I saved a list of Ethernet protocol identification
numbers that appeared on the net.  Now, in accordance with Murphy's law,
I need it and can't find it.  Would any kind soul out there who saved it
a little more carefully send it to me please (or re-post it - it may be of
interest to others).
