At a previous employee we used them for a DEC-net connection over leased lines from Santa Barbara (GTE) to San Diego (PacBell). We has absolutely no problems with them although the manuals could be clearer. I also had a very good experience with one of their support staff, Tim Blackman, who went out of his way to help solve a problem that turned out not to be caused by the modems.
