VAX VMS users are I am sure familiar with EVE, the extensible VAX editor which
is implemented via TPU, the text processing utility.  Plain EVE has some EMACS
like features, not the least of which is the capability of having multiple
files open and two windows.  Question:  Does anyone know of a cusomized EVE
(you can add your own TPU procedures, macros, etc.) which for all intent and
purposes looks like a regular EMACS with the standard key sequences?
