I plan to have two user interfaces available, one a seperate user program and the other GNU EMACS. The only existing interface that I know about is a modified version of rn which looks like a lot of work to port to native VMS (I don't want to use Eunice). I also want to be able to port my VMS work to CMS if I'm asked. Before I do too much work, does anyone wish to contibute ideas or source code to such a project? My design, if left unaltered, will be based on my experience with the 4.3 BSD based rn and the GNU EMACS rnews command.
