I also wrote a file explaning of all the hidden macro functions when I ported MicroEmacs to the z100. (the .mss was for non-emacs hacks hence so is the .tex) I just stuck them in pub/MicroEmacs/* with anonymous ftp to clutx.clarkson.edu for now. I would also like to take this time to plug for freemacs. Freemacs is by far the most powerfull free emacs editor as it is totaly re-programable in mint. (Mint Is Not Trak). Help is also avalable on a mailing list freeamcs@clvm.bitnet.
