I don't know about availability in the USA (which is why I said to get a copy "somehow"). I believe it is (or will be) published in their proceedings. Perhaps someone more familiar with EUUG can shed more light ... ? By the way, it says very clearly in the abstract that multiple-inheritance is not yet considered part of standard C++, so we'll have to be patient.
