We just got our MS Fortran Compiler v4.0.  I was filling out the registration
card, and came upon the section that says, "Please enter the 16-digit serial
number of your disk in the space below.  To find this number, place the
Program Disk in Drive A, and follow the instruction in the manual . . ."

Now maybe I'm blind, but for one, there is no disk labelled "Program Disk",
and second, I didn't find any well marked instructions for doing this in 
any of the three manuals.

So I ask you for help.  If someone could e-mail me the proper instructions,
I would appreciate it greatly!!!
