I would like to get any information on designing or building a user interface management system in an OO environment (preferably Smalltalk, but any information would be helpful). By a UIMS I mean something other than the MVC paradigm in Smalltalk, more like the Enter/Act system from Precision Visuals. Any pointers to papers, conferences, or current research would be welcome. If there is interest and sufficient response, I'll post a summary.
