The last time I installed a "user maintenance kit" on each of them, it came with a new ozone filter that snaps in place over the rear fan grille. A day or two after I installed this ozone filter on each of our LN03's, the fusers burned out. I reported this to the DEC people who are responsible for caring about such things, and they tell me that they think it is just a coincidence, and that the ozone filter couldn't possibly cause the fuser to burn out. I'm curious if anybody else has had a fuser burn out shortly after installing the new ozone filter. Brian
