We have an immediate need for an engineer to help us in the fabrication of sensing devices: -Must be familiar with mask-making processes, including use and care of pattern generation equipment, step & repeat equipment, and inspection/ testing equipment. -Must be able to do photolithography processing, including wet and dry etching of various materials. -Must be able to perform fabrication processes including oxidation and other dielectric depositions and deposition of polysilicon and metals, as well as ion implantation. -Must be able to perform packaging steps including wire bonding and polymer processing in special packages. -Must have 3 years experience and B.S.E.E. or equivalent. please respond to: Ed Cetron Center for Engineering Design 3176 MEB, University of Utah Salt Lake City, Utah 84112 cetron@cs.utah.edu cetron@utahcca.bitnet
