Apperently if a terminal type which is "unknown" to elm is used, an error
message is displayed which goes something like.

	Segmentation Violation Signal
	Emergency Exit Taken
	All Temp File Intacked


Is there a fix to this?  Terminal type used which caused this was a vt52.
Now a vt52 does not have inverse video but elm could be used with it's  
"arrow".
