Well, I got so disgusted, I wrote to "the pres" whose address appeared in
this newsgroup some weeks ago.  Lo and behold, I got "THE BOOK" today!  For
those of you just tuning in, I ordered THE BOOK and THE FLOPPIES in January
at UniForum.  In April I received THE FLOPPIes, but no book, but a bill for
BOTH.  After NUMEROUS calls to customer service (which were unfruitful), I
received satisfaction (my order is complete).

The moral of the story:  be patient with P-H, but if you can't get satisfaction
through normal channels, write a letter!

Anyway, can anyone send me the fixes to get started?  I have an AT&T PC6300
with a 10 Meg hard disk.  I have an old posting of some disk fixes, but I
haven't been following this group too closely.  Is there a way to get a set
of official patches?
