this is the end of the file. total received length about 150 lines

the header for this file indicated that the file was 2907 lines long,
so obviously much exciting and wonderful code has been lost! if this
was a local problem, would someone please mail me the missing file,
or if it was more global, maybe ast should resend it (please).
