I find less than useful the following two subject fields ( Yes! Many messages have this! ) and Submission for mod-computers-vax . To make life easier for users to file messages ( e.g. into appropriate folders in standard VMS MAIL ) the subject field ought to contain the principal key-words of the message. This is simply a suggestion for sensible subject fields. I don't want to open the flood-gates for another discussion on VMS MAIL and digests,etc! John
