The printer driver for the DMB-32 printer port is called LIDRIVER.EXE
and will automatically load only if you have the proper cable connected.
(The behavior is the same for the sync port using SIDRIVER (300 dollar
layered product...what a pain)

When the connect cable is hooked up SYSGEN will correctly autoconfigure
the device. (called LIA0:, LIB0:...)
