However, when I subsequently wanted to file parts of it, or reply to parts of it, or delete parts of it, life became just too difficult. Therefore, on balance, NOT digest format, please. P.S. re: message duplication - there were even duplicates of a message _within_ a digest (on more than one occasion), so I don't accept the existence of duplicate non-digest format messages as a reason for moving to digests. ** Phil.
