Is there anyone out there who has either

    (a) The .CLD file for SYS$LIBRARY:DCLTABLES.EXE for any of the
        later versions of VMS (4.0 or above)?

    (b) Source for the program CLEXTRACT.EXE, which recreated the .CLD
        files from a given compiled command table? I have an executable
        for the 3.7 version of VMS but no source. IE this generates
        item (a) here.

The security hole *everybody* is talking about, I suspect it involves
$GETUAI service and privileged code within system services that is
executable by a nonprivileged user.                              Ahem.
