I'm looking for information on message-posting and -display systems (e.g. a bbs
conference tree) for VMS systems.  The only one that I know about is NOTES,
which I'm told is now an official DEC product.  I would like to hear from
people about anything that they are using, including NOTES.  Particularly
useful would be opinions on any of the following:

1.  Maintainability (both the product and the tree)
2.  Resource cost (disk space, I/O overhead, whatever)
3.  Security
