The menu-driven system provides the capability to read and write (and convert between) TAR, EBCDIC and VMS formatted tapes, as well as read raw data off unlabelled tapes at various block and record sizes. A tape-to-tape copy proceudure also exists which is useful for making tapes of varying densities. This package is unsupported. It works under VMS 4.5. Most source is available in either FORTRAN or VAX11-C. I can make it available to interested parties on a non-support basis. There is on-line help for each function, but no detailed documentation.
