Yes, at least for LaTeX.  The templates were created at Lear Seigler
by Kent McPherson and appear on the latest (Fall '86) Languages & Tools
SIG Tape (LT86A).  I believe this tape is now available from the
DECUS library.  You should definitely be able to get a copy from your
DECUS LUG.
