	It occurs to me that the reason for including the concepts "Session" 
and "Connection" in the ISO/OSI model is precisely because PPTs are accustomed
to charging by the (name your time unit) for a connection between two points.
(i.e. DM0,45/minute from Frankfurt-am Main to Bad Nirgensplatz, Bavaria)
	It is easier to machine titanium than to try to change bureaucratic
ideas (sic) of "the way the world really is -- and should be"!
