Can anyone tell me (a) precisely what the changes to the "mail bridges"
are going to be, and (b) what the implementation timetable is?

I have heard a lot of speculation.  About 85% of the speculation
outlines configurations that are unacceptable to Army/AMC (which is
1/5th of the Army), and probably unacceptable to significant portions of
the other services.

Before I start shooting my mouth off in Washington, I need some hard
facts.  All help will be much appreciated.
