You can retrieve the file "rfc:rfc793.txt" via anonymous ftp from
internet host SRI-NIC.ARPA.  "rfc:rfc-index.txt" is an index of all
rfc's.  There is also a "netinfo:" directory with some potentially
useful documentation.
