Even if you are later forced by policy to use the domain nprdc.navy.mil, couldn't you easily convert the domain nprdc.mil by maintaining it in parallel for a time as an identical domain? In other words, couldn't you go ahead without fear of penalty, knowing that you will be able to convert at a later date if need be? -------
