Rex,

    I seem to recall that you and I talked at Monterey about network
management.  I am working with Glenn Trewitt on a suite of RFCs on
network management -- I can send you the current drafts (4 memos,
total length around 80-100 pages).

    Final drafts expected very very shortly (next couple of weeks?).
We're delaying a bit to try to accomodate a request to make some changes
that would make the specs more compatible with the ISO management
interfaces.
