For those people interested in GOSIP issues, there is a government
interest group forming, apparently associated with the MAP/TOP users
group.  This group appears to oriented at alligning GOSIP with
MAP and TOP 3.0.  This seems to be the appropriate forum for anyone
who wishes to be involved in the future direction of GOSIP.

I just got a brief description and an announcement of a meeting at
NBS in Gaithersburg, Maryland Aug. 3-5.  This is about all I know.
