Absolutely not!  It contains a lot of code from the Bourne shell,
which is AT&T licensed code.

Yes, you can get a System V source license for some machine, get an
account with the AT&T Toolchest, and buy it.  (Don't ask me how this
is done, I don't know.)  Given that you're working for a part of
AT&T, there may be other simpler ways of doing this, and then again
there may not.
