The need for this arises from our interferometric fringes, containing high and low frequency distortions, which we would like to selectively filter in the frequency domain for analysis in the time domain. It would be useful to have the ability to use any small portion of the data, not be limited to using only complete fringes or entire periods. If you know of a program able to do all of this, respond to bglancy@nswc-wo.arpa. Thank you, and greatly appreciated Brian Glancy.
