Does anyone know where I can get the machine readable copy of Software
Tools? The book advertises that machine readable sources are available
from the publisher, but they aren't. They did give me Brian Kernighan's
phone number, but I figured he's got better things to do with his time
than feild requests from private individuals.

Once upon a time I actually typed all the source in the book in because
I was dissatisfied with the tools available on RSX-11M. Unfortunatlely
I didn't keep a copy of them when I left that job, and it's all gone for
naught. I'm older, wiser, and more importantly busier now.

If anyone replied in feedback last time I asked this, I apologise for
asking again. Our news feed has been down for some time... it just came
back up.
