Hi,

I've been playing Alien Fires (Jagware, Inc.) on the Amiga.  Neat
game, but I seem to have gotten myself hopelessly stuck.  Can anyone
supply me with a few hints?

I have located and gone past the landing bay.  But the only weapon I
have managed to obtain during all this time was the "octo knife."  As
a result, I have been unable to get past all those lizard monsters
without getting killed.

The instruction booklet mentions a "plasma rifle" but I haven't found
one.  Can anyone tell me where any powerful weapons are located?
