PageSetter's printer controller is borken, the one in PagePrint is supposed to be OK. 3) Write to Gold Disk. They'll send you a disk with a newer agePrint and PageIFF files on it, along with some help on PageSetter itself. DISCLAIMER: I am in no way affiliated with Gold Disk. John
