    I am trying to share an Appla LaserWriter between an Appletalk net and an Apollo
    Domain network. The first solution is to have both connected to the printer,
    one through its Appletalk connector and the other through its RS232 connector. Then,
    you can share it by manualy switching it from one net to the other : thus
    everybody is angry.

you can't do this. the two sockets are wired together. traffic on one connector will
disturb the other.
