I'll brush up my utilities here and upload them...  A couple of utils that I
wrote first off were "sl" and "cv".  

sl - strip line feeds from a file
cv - convert the "high-bit" of the file.  (E X T R E M E L Y   useful in
     converting downloaded source via Xmodem and then in an editable form.)

I've also written a cal program, but it needs some help with other formats and
dealing with dates outside the "norm".
