Folks,

	I am looking for a second drive for a IIe and one for a IIc.
Third party prices range from $77 to about $140.  Adverts for the $77
drives generally don't even mention a brand name.  A recent letter in A+
warned about Maple, Laser, and Tecmate drives not having speed
adjustments.  The same letter praised Mitak, Asuky, and Teac drives and
any drive containing a Shugart mechanism.

	What are your recommendations?  I'm just tight enough that I
don't want to spend $130 for something when $90 will do.  Send mail or
post to Info-Apple or comp.sys.apple.
