Keywords: RGB Chip for AE Memory Expansion Board?

I have an Apple //e with a 512K Expansion Board (Applied Engineering)
with a monchrome monitor.  Am I right in assuming the all I need is
some sort of RGB Chip (?) that plugs into my expansion board, and
a Color Monitor?
