This involves moving a large number of small files (1 to 5k). Most of the files have many char. in common so some use of a wildcard would help tremendously. From reading the docs on 3.75, wildcards are not used and files must be sent one at a time. SIGH! Is this correct and if so will the new version of Kermit (now in beta?) implement this feature? In the meantime is there a work around for this tedium? I can not merge the files first as the data must remain in seperate files with the proper file designator. Thanks for any and all help, suggestions, comments (and etc ...). e-mail me and I will summarize if there is interest.
