The file would also be kept in the INFO-APPLE message archives. If the SUBJECT of each download was something like: SUBJECT: DOWNLOAD filename. People could just delete them without even reeading them and it would cause no problems to them. Once the file is sent out on the net, people could upload them to their local BBSs and the amount of good PD software available to everyone in the country would be amazing (if they had access to the net or not).
