Does everyone else know what this is, or did everyone else, like me, think,
how can I know if this will be useful without any explanation.  DCFORMAT?
Sounds like a formatter...  What's the deal with posting a big file like this
with no explanation.  Some people are downloading at 300 baud and want to know
ahead of time what they're getting!
