I'd suggest you contact Megamax (whoever they are) directly.  I did that
with MetaComCo when I bought my MCC Assembler used, and they (for a very
tiny fee) transferred the original registratiion including rights to
support; and upgraded my copy.  If MegaMax don't have some similar policy
I'd be amazed.
