I have done the following several times (by accident) and have had to have the drive replaced 3 times: I removed the disk and had the ST do a seek, but instead it made the usual sound that it would make if no disk were in the drive. After using the drive for a few hours the old 'READ ERROR' box would start popping up on usually working diskettes. I would normally have to close the window, and re-open it to have it read the diskette properly (re-home/re-align the head). I am fed up with this occuring, is there an easy fix to my drive's problem, or must it be replaced AGAIN!
