IT IS CALLED THE DOS-73 BOARD AND COMES WITH 1/2 MEG OF MEMORY AND WORKS
REASONABLY WELL.

YES, NO. IT IS MORE THAN A MODEM, IT IS A TELEPHONE MANAGER (2 LINES).

PROBABLY,  IF YOU INTEND TO DO ANYTHING SERIOUS WITH THE MACHINE.

IT TAKES A WHILE, BUT NOT AN ETERNITY. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE IT ON
AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
