Well, I have decided to take the plunge and de-solder my 0.0K
EIA board (nekkid combo board) and put in the necessary sockets,
jumpers, caps, and decoder chips.  

Excuse me if anyone has already covered this ground, but what
parts do I need besides 54 sockets (16 pin) and three jumper
pins (W1-W3)?  I can tell some caps are missing, and some logic
chips, but which ones?

Oh, yes, thanks to all the people who responded to my call for
cable help.
