At one of the sites that I administer we have just started using the 
uucp networking package on a 3B2 system.  I setup uugetty to run on the
modem port (tty14) with a Hayes 1200 baud modem.  

The problem is being unable to login from outside over the modem.  I can
dial out without any problems.  I can call from another site using
either cu or uucp without any replies from the system.  The modems lock,
but no activity.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
