Have you tried your local bookstore?  I have an excellent book purchased
here in the UK which has fully annotated listings of the Kernal [sic]
and BASIC ROMs plus RAM organization and info on all the chips etc.  If
you can't find an equivalent book easily, I'll dig mine out and post
details (I don't have it to hand right now).
