an anyone tell me how to determine the presens a/b when 
there are no disks in the drive (i.e. door open).  INT 13, function 04H
appears to work on IBM PC and XT, but is flaky on ATs.  I've written
a utility which needs to look at all valid logical drives to print a table
of space available/utilization, however I'ld like to include drives A & B in
this search and  can't figure out  how to do this for AT type machines reliably.
